How can I book a session?

You can book through our online form, by phone, or via email. Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours.

How early should I book  ?

Ideally 1–2 weeks in advance. For weekends, we recommend 3–4 weeks ahead

Do you offer urgent or last-minute bookings?

Yes, depending on availability. Please contact us directly for urgent requests.

Can I change the date or time after booking?

Yes, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I book multiple sessions or several days?

You’re welcome to book multiple sessions or return on different days—each session is individually reserved

How many people can join a session?

Υou can book up to 4 people directly via our contact form. For larger groups, please get in touch so we can plan the session together.

What types of costumes are available?

We offer a range of carefully designed costumes inspired by classical and mythological themes, crafted for authenticity and style.

Are the costumes available in different sizes?

Most of our costumes are adjustable to fit comfortably. Let us know if you have special requirements.

Can I bring my own costume or props?

Yes! Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate styling, safety, and pricing.

Are costumes and props included in the price?

Yes — crowns, shields, spears, jewelry, and more for a complete look,  except for special or custom props which may have an extra fee.

How do you ensure costume hygiene?

All costumes are professionally cleaned and carefully maintained  after each use for your safety and comfort.

Can I use more than one costume in a session?

One costume is included per session. Additional costumes can be arranged in advance for extra time and cost.

What’s the typical duration of a session?

Sessions typically last 60–130 minutes, depending on the package and experience.

How long until I get my photos?

You’ll leave with a 20×30 cm print, and your personal online gallery is available within 48 hours.

Do you provide makeup and hairstyling?

A professional makeup and hairstyling service is available upon request, or you’re welcome to come prepared.

Do you offer outdoor photoshoots?

Sessions are studio-based for optimal lighting and comfort. Let us know if you have special ideas.

Do you offer professional retouching or special effects?

Each client receives the full session, with all images delivered with basic image editing. Additional retouching can be arranged upon request, with process and cost agreed in advance.

What’s part of the photoshoot experience?

Costumes and props, professional guidance in dressing and posing, and a fully immersive portrait experience.

Yes — you can reserve online with a 25% deposit and complete the payment at the studio or electronically

Special costumes and props from your session can be purchased and shipped to your home, letting you enjoy a piece of the experience anytime.

You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card, or choose to pay in cash at the studio when you arrive.

Yes — all standard costumes and props are included. Special or custom props may incur an additional fee.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance are free. Cancellations after this period may incur a small fee.

Is there parking or public transport nearby?

Paid parking options are available nearby, and the studio is easily reached by metro and bus — just a short walk from Syntagma.

Are there any age or physical restrictions?

Our sessions are suitable for all ages. The entrance has a few steps, so guests with mobility limitations may require assistance. We’re happy to adapt the experience to ensure comfort for everyone.

Do I need to prepare or bring anything?

We provide all costumes and props, so you don’t need to bring anything — though you’re welcome to bring personal items if you like.

When should I arrive for my session?

Arrive at your scheduled time. If you get here a bit early, there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby along Ermou Street to enjoy.

Are my photos allowed for professional use?

Can the studio use my photos for promotional purposes?

The studio will only use your photos with your written consent. In return, we often provide free prints or credits.

How are my data and photos protected?

All files are securely stored and never shared without your consent
